If you are a blogger, WordPress is the perfect option.

One of the best features of all three plans is that you can customize them to your business needs at any time. Initially, I tried out the Growth Plan but eventually realized it was too much for my current situation and downgraded back to the Basic Plan – which has turned out to be much more suitable since then.
If my company scales up, there’s always room for me to upgrade again – giving me access to extra functionalities that come with the Growth Plan package!
So how does the Kajabi site builder compare to other website platforms out there?
Well, it’s very similar to many popular online (WYSIWYG) editors out there like Squarespace, Wix or Elementor for WordPress. Like those other platforms, you have all the basic features you will need to build an entire website or blog.
You can also set up a custom domain and configure your DNS and email settings. So if you already have a website it’s easy to set up a subdomain or move everything over to Kajabi.
So as I mentioned earlier, if your main traffic source is from blogging, then Kajabi may not be the best choice for you. It does have robust blogging capabilities, but it lacks certain features that make dealing with large amounts of content difficult.

Bearing in mind that I have 20 years of experience as a web designer, I find the overall experience with Kajabi to be exceptional.
Yes, I would like more features and options to design to my heart’s content, but they have made it super simple and easy to use for everyone. And at the end of the day, that’s more important.
On the Pro plan, you get access to the site code and the ability to create your own Kajabi templates. So you could have a developer create a fully custom site for you when the time comes.
But for now, it’s simple enough that solopreneurs and influencers can easily their own website up and running fast without any outside help. This alone would be worth the switch.
This is not true for WordPress – you’ll most certainly need some help and guidance to get up and running.
If you would like to make your site look a bit different you do have access to create a custom CSS stylesheet on the Basic plan.
That means you could pay a web designer (or try it yourself) to create a customized design for you based on a Kajabi template and end up with a great-looking unique website. The same is true for the landing page / funnel builder.
There are a number of website templates to start from, and all of them are nice quality and easily customized to get the look and feel just right.
Designs can be built for any website page, blog post or landing page with simple building blocks.
There are plenty to choose from, they are really flexible, and it’s easy to understand how to set them up.
